Dear team,

I have completed my Dublin 6 month on last may. However it was middle of corona crisis. As per my lawyer they were planned my deportations on March ot was postponed due to corona. What is the impact now because I have completed 6 month.

1. Do they calculating 6 month again?

2. Can I reappeal?

3. Can I change my Duldung visa?

Someone please answer me. If I appeal against. Deadline suspension what will happen. Of appeal rejected again 6 momths?

On your first question, please have a **** at this thread in which we discussed the 6-months period relevant for “Dublin cases” in Corona times already. 

Regarding your two other questions, it will be helpful if you could specify a bit more. Generally speaking, “changing” the Duldung is only possible if you applied for a residence permit, you meet the respective requirements and the immigration office is deciding positively on your application.
