Hello again @Kaiser,

thank you for sharing your question with us.

Translating this and related documents will take some time, so I will give you a short summary of the key statements:

The crucial question is whether an sylum applicant has brought an act against a Dublin decision acc. to § 34 a Asylum Law or not.

According to Pro Asyl and many other organisations, if there is no legal action, there is no suspension of the time limits for transfers. In practice, if your dublin deadline began 1st of January e.g., it will end regularly 30th of June. In this case, you should require that the BAMF takes over your asylum procedure anew. Nevertheless, if it rejects your request, you will need a lawyer to file an emergency petition.

In all other cases it is recommendable to engage your lawyer. Pro Asyl itself points out, that the matter is quite complex and that their information leaflet is no substitute for detailed legal advice.

In short: If you didn't bring an act, your chances are relatively good that your Dublin deadline will end regularly. In your case, as you once wrote, this will be quite soon and you can retain your peace of mind.

Thank you for response.

I had emailed to Ausländerbehörde. And they posted me the job description form. I hope this will not mess with my deportations
