Need help with answering letter about revocation/withdrawal process

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask about a letter which I received from BAMF. I have finished 3 years with having the blue passport (Reiseausweis) and I applied for prolongation. Few days ago I received a letter stating " "Belehrung über Mitwirkungspflichten im Widerrufs- bzw. Rücknahmeverfahren" from BAMF Eisenhüttenstadt in Frankfurt Oder. They asked to answer some questions to send back but the problem is that there are no questions in the letter. Also, it was written that the letter with the answers must be sent back within a fixed date (otherwise I would have to pay the penalty for not cooperating) but there was no date written on the letter. I would like to ask what I can do in this situation because it is important to send this letter back with the answers.

Thank you for sharing your problem with us here and I suggest you should **** for a lawyer to help you out or in very town or cities, they have social workers who help refugees in letter reading and writing. I wish to know which city are you.  thanks

Thank you very much. I would also ask in which situations one can receive the letter for revocation/withdrawal process. Is this letter for everyone that seeks for asylum in Germany or is it for specific people? Because I'm a bit confused about why I have received this letter. Because during these years, I have been working (I also got a renewed contract to work for longer period) and also I live by myself in an apartment which I pay for with my income from the work. I have German language certificate for A2 level. Due to this reason, I would like to know what might be the reason for the revocation/withdrawal procedure.
