as to the first point, deportations are suspended due to the Corona-crisis, but not the procedure itself, that's why people still receive decisions. It is still not clear to us, whether the 6-month time limit expires, but we expect that the time limits will run anew when the crisis is over.
As to the second and third questions: Social or regular work doesn't play a role when it comes to Dublin-decisions and deportations. Both are very important benefits only after the asylum procedure, especially later when you'll be concerned with questions of the consolidation of a legal stay here.
