thank you for sharing your question with the wefugees community. I strongly disagree with you, I'm even shocked by your perception. There might be no Anti-rassism law in Germany due to the fact that it is stated already in our Constitution (Grundgesetz):
Artikel 3 (3):
(3) Niemand darf wegen seines Geschlechtes, seiner Abstammung, seiner Rasse, seiner Sprache, seiner Heimat und Herkunft, seines Glaubens, seiner religiösen oder politischen Anschauungen benachteiligt oder bevorzugt werden. Niemand darf wegen seiner Behinderung benachteiligt werden
.... Nobody is supposed to be discriminated due to his sex, ancestry, race, language ....
