Lieber Muhammad,

Meike

My girlfriend is German citizen, she is six months pregnant, she want me to live in the same city(Stuttgart) with her. For permission to stay and work i went to Ausländerbehörde, they said i need address to get permission to stay and permission to work. My girlfriend appartment is small and the landlord denied to give address. I don't have enough money to pay the private rent without a job. Plus when i asked for appartment or room for rent they ask ed for the job contract. like without a job i can't get a room on rent or appartment, and without address i can't get a stay and work permission. I need help to sort out this problem.

Thank you so much for the detail answer, I started a new thread because i forgot the password of the previous account. I have another question with respect to your answer, i don't have anmeldung in Germany, i inly have Vaterschaft, can i apply for WBS certificate without anmeldung ? I also heard that there are temporary heims who help with initial residence or there are non government organizations who help out in such matters. I will be thankful of you can give an answer in this regard. Thank you again
