Failed Asylumseeker Being in domestic partnership with italian [closed]

Hi,

Iam a failed asylumseeker who living in Sweden by a domestic partnership with my girlfriend from Italy,  and we planning to live in italy in the near future, can I apply for Italian residency through living with an italian partner ? And how i do that ?

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the Italian immigration laws and regulations, but I assume, that it will get difficult as long as you are not married. 

Maybe one of our experts or other members of the community can provide more information or will have a better idea.
