In order to understand your situation better, it would help if you could provide some more details which might be relevant. Which residence permit does your spouse have or is she/he a German citizen? Which appointment is it you have in court in 2 months? If you applied for asylum and your case is not ultimately finished yet/legally binding, the authorities would not be allowed to deport you.

thank you for your response.. she UK citizen she has been living and working in Germany since February 2018 . and I am an asylum but my asylum is still on I haven't gone to court and I don't have any appointment yet. plus we have a child together which was born in Germany and I have the custody of and child and the vatershaft
