Question

I’m into Berufung and I’m not sure what might be the outcome, in any case, I’m rejected, how do I write for the folgen Antrag at BAMF? Can someone help me with how I go about it?? And also i have threee years working contract with Dhl, can Ausländer Behörde withdraw the contract in the event of negative decision from the asylum proceedings?? Good explanation will be appreciated

Regarding your work, unfortunately, whether your work permit will be extended or withdrawn is at the discretion of the Ausländerbehörde. However, it might also make sense to get some support by a lawyer on this.
