Dear Hafiz,

Good to hear from you again.

Could you maybe give some more details on your case? What exactly was rejected? The application for asylum by BAMF or an appeal in front of the court?

Is this discussion on a question raised here earlier maybe helping you?

Best wishes,

I received a simple rejection from BAMF after 7 months of interview. I then appealed and later went to the court for the hearing. Just yesterday they sent another rejection saying I should appeal in a month time. What do i do? Do i go to BAMF or go to the court
Dear @hafiz123, In the case the court rejected your appeal, there would be in theory the possibility to appeal at a court at the second instance. However, if this has a realistic chance of success is very much depending on the individual case and should be checked with a lawyer. I hope this information is useful. All the best, Meike
