Dear Christianowusu,

could you please explain a bit more in detail what exactly you are looking for? Do I understand you correctly that you need some urgent legal advice? It might be the best option to go to a legal counselling office first. There are many different organisations in Germany which offer legal counselling for free and confidential (for example Diakonie, Caritas, Red Cross, AWO etc....). If you want to share with us the federal state or the area you are staying at the moment we might could support you in finding a close legal advice office.

Another option could be to consult a lawyer. If it may be difficult for you to cover the costs for a lawyer, you can also apply for a "Beratungshilfeschein" at the local district court ("Amtsgericht"). The costs for the consultation of the lawyer (not the representation in court) would be covered by the state then.

Good luck for you and please do not hesitate to get back to us if you want to discuss your situation further!

All the best,
