Marraige Divorce in Germany

Dear Wefugees Team,

I've a question to ask and please need your help.
I've marriage with my Germany partner since from the September 2017, and received my status of 3 years from last year November.  Until now, and due to uncertainty from my wife, without any conflicts between us, wanted to make a divorce issue now. So I want to ask how is this process? And what are the effects and steps for me aswell in terms of my residency?

Every marriage  in Germany  have  to take 5 years  before you can have the  divorce,  without  that 5 years  of staying  together  with your  partner  you can get visa  extend,  that is what I  knew .
