Unfortunately, I don't speak Arabic, so I am not sure I understood your question well.
You can apply for a Asylfolgeantrag after you get a definitive negative decision (after you appealed). If you do so, you get a Duldung until BAMF accepts to process your Asylfolgeantrag. If they accept, then your asylum process is reopened and you get a Aufenthaltsgestattung until a decision is made. If they don't accept to reopen your case, you get a Duldung or have the obligation to leave the country (Ausreisepflicht).
