What kinds of Decision can the court make for my national deportation ban appeal ? After my appeal can I I lose the national deportation ban. Or it would be stayed as it was please answer me soon

Dear Mahamed@, thank you for your question .

The court will look into your case whether the decision from the BAMF was fair to your case.  You can't lose it but rather can be granted asylum status or refugee status when you win the case but if the judge rule the decision of the BAMF as fair decision,  then you will still receive the national deportation ban status which is one year stay in Germany.

The appeal time depends on the judge with your case and you will be allow to travel to any other countries with Visa free , I mean within Europe and also you will need Visa to travel to non EU countries.
