Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to enter the Netherlands to get married if there is an entry-ban for 5 years in place to enter Germany? Would this have any effect to get a visa to the Netherlands for family purposes, ie, could the ban be lifted?

Thank you very much for your answer!

Dear @mazen8, thank you for the question in the community. as for your situation the ban will be in your EURODOC informations and the Netherlands will have access to this information. Therefore, the best way to maybe get an exception for the NL would be address the situation with the Embassy of the NL prior entering the NL and probably the best way to that would be through a lawyer. I hope this could assist you, if you need further guidance please engage with the community. Best regards, Nilab
