Hello sir, I am an Indian I came to France through the travel agent with a schegan visa but I came to Germany an applied for asylum, an in between I was not having my passport with me because my agent never handover it to me ,an it's now almost 3 months after my application for asylum I got rejected an my case is under Dublin lll ,I tried for a lawyer but he refused to take my case because it's under Dublin lll, what will happen with me  ,will they deport me back to France or my home  country, but I don't have any kind of document as a identity, no passport, or any kind of other documents .please help me with u r suggestion

Hi @Sunny

You will not get sent back to your home country, but to France. The Dublin law says that the country that issued you the visa is in charge of processing your asylum case (--> France). Just because you have been rejected in Germany doesn't mean that your asylum claim got rejected. France has to check that first, and they are not allowed to deport you to India right away.
