I have a few questions regarding my asylum case and my legal status

Hello ,

Well already i’ve Been talked about my asylum process in Germany on my last questions , so I skip that part and coming to the point , so last month ( 10th August ) I had my Interview at BAMF , then before yesterday I went to the Auslandratsamtbehörde for my Mini job permission thing , and suddenly they gave me a Duldung and piece of paper it’s something starts with Niede...., and told me about getting my passport from the Embassy , So I thought maybe my case got rejected so I’m they done it , well so I contact my advocate and explain stuffs through mail , and got a reply today , that he don’t even get any reply about my case from BAMF , so he asked photocopies if DULDUNG and another paper . So I will give him Tomorrw .

So is it Usually happens here ?

If rejection comes also my advocate will make an appeal against it on courts , so am I get my normal “ aufenthaltsgestattung ‘ again ?

If I didn’t submit my passport on that time limit , are they not gonna let me continue work ?

Please explain those things

hello dear, 

well I wanna share this little idea concerning about the question you ask.  as a refugee in Germany after when your asylum is been rejected, you gotta appeal for and when you did that as you said above' and later when your appeal is on process and accepted by the court then you will have your normal aufenthaltsgestattung, which u should be allowed to work even without your passport.  so I said yes you can be given a working permit if you got your aufenthaltsgestattung.
