Does the BAMf take my granted status back, if I have recovered from my sickness?

hallo am ali am very sick and the bmaf give me one year but after i made appeal the hold the one year back if you are granted resident can bmaf take it back from you and why and i have.need had or see some granted and later taken it back from him or her if you dont have no crimes .will they take it back and why since am very sick?

Dear @Ali112, thank you for waiting. As for the question if you mean a one year protection. No they cannot take it back, if just submit an appeal.
