I re-applied for asylum in Germany and I'm not sure what to do now

But my case is a little bit different than him 
The guy you have been replayed to his question 

His alone but I am living with my mother 
She 69 year old with serious heart and health problems 
 

Let me I explain about me,
When I re applied for asylum I filled a form then in some days i have been invited  for an interview it took place approximately  around three hours 
So i have been in my interview alone not my mother 

They asked me for some medical report and they give me one month time to collect the documents 
After my interview in some days 
We recived a post which was about my mother case in the letter it was writen in it 
We canceled the last decision about you 
which has been mad on bla bla date 
then in some days we received a second letter which was a positive answer refugee documents for my mother which has been issued for three years refugee  travel documents 
After that i received a similar letter 

It was cancellation later about last decision 

Which has been mad on bla bla date 

Then today I have been contacted Ausländerbehorde and i asked them
if theres ay decision about my case

They wrote me this in reply to my email.

You have submitted a new asylum application! 

You already had an "Aufenthaltsgestattung" in the past. 

Ths document looks a bit like a "Duldung". 

So he means I will become Aufenthaltsgestattung

Which is like A Duldung but his not sure about,

So what should I have to do now 
An appeal against this decision ?
Or it’s something l
Like they reopened my case (Aufenthaltsgestattung) and I have to wait for the last decision ?

Nice to hear from you again.

I'm not sure if I understand your question/situation correctly. You had an asylum procedure, but you got rejected. Then you appealed and you did the interview that you wrote about, right? Now you are not sure what legal status you have (Aufenthaltsgestattung or Duldung) and you don't know how to proceed. Is that correct?

Maybe you can type in what the letter says exactly (the original wording in German) so that we can get a better understanding. Of course you should leave out personal data of yours.

Yes I re applied asylum
Then interview
After interview
For my mother in her case
We received convention documents which is refugee travel documents for three years and about me
Ausländerbehorde told me
The immigration office  wrote  Aufenthaltsgestattung
For me
And I don’t know the meaning of the Aufenthaltsgestattung
So what will happen next
Or what I have to do
Me and my mother we have the same case
So I was the one who had the interview not my mother but they send positive answer in my mother case

At the moment For me its Aufenthaltsgestattung  
So I have to wait for the last decision or I appeal against this decision?
What chances I still have

We was holding a duldung
Then I applied again at the immigration office I don’t know what it’s called in German
Then all this happened which I already mentioned in my last comment

Thank you for clarifying the matter @S

Aufenthaltsgestattung is the type of residence title you receive for the duration of your asylum procedure. It's not a residence permit, but it legalizes your stay. After BAMF (the immigration office) made a decision on your case it will either be replaced by a residence permit (or Duldung) or it expires and you have to leave the country (in case of rejection). For now you are still in the asylum procedure and you have to wait for a decision by BAMF. You and your mother are two different individuals and therefore two different cases that are processed seperately. That's probably why she already received a decision and you didn't.
