Yes it's possible. Asylum seekers are allowed to Marry in Spain as far as they meet up with the Spanish requirements for contracting legal Marriages. but your German fiancee have to come to Spain to Marry you. since you are an Asylum seeker in Spain you aren't allowed to Travel Freely in the Eu until you are fully accepted as a Refugee. Nelly already gave a good answer. Let me just add that you should get in contact with the registry office in your city to learn more about the procedure. They will be able to tell you about the required documents etc.

Keep in mind that at least one of the spouses needs to be registered in Spain in order to be allowed to marry there.
