Are there any age requirements for marriage in the EU - my fiancee is much older than me

I asked the question because my Fiancee is much older than Me, I'm a Refugee in Italy, with full Refugee Status. My fiancee is a German we would like to get Married in Denmark, Cyprus, Gibraltar or in Germany, but she's much older than Me, she can be my Mother by Age. but we have been dating for long i don't know if we might be allowed to Marry. and if my  Italian Resident Permit and the Refugee Passport can be use to Marry in the Countries I mentioned above. Hoping to hear from soon.
 
The most important question is if there's any age requirements to Marry in the European union. Thanks

Denny is right, in general there are no age requirements you need to fulfil in order to marry apart from being 18+ years old. But you have to keep in mind that Ausländerbehörde might get suspicious if your partner is way older than you. It could happen that they start investigating whether it is a fictitious marriage (--> a marriage that is only contracted to obtain a residence permit for a foreigner by fraud) or if you are actually living together like a married couple.

Hello@ Nelly Overcomer, to my own understanding of your question is, in Europe,  you have to be at the age of 18 years and above before you can be allow to marry and you marrying a woman or a man who's older than you is your choice of love, no one can decide for you on who to marry in Europe provided both of you are above 18 and can provide all the necessary documents for the marry procedure.
