I was in Germany for asylum but it was rejected. They wrote In my decision that if I returned to my home country, I could only come back to Germany after ten months. I have returned to my home country for four months now but my life is at risk. My question is can I go back to Germany before the ten months or will I be sent back to my country because the ten months is not up?

Dear @joycebaby, If there is an entry ban against you, the German authorities will deport you back to your home country if you return to Germany before this ban expires. In this context, it should be pointed out that the entry ban was only imposed if you were deported after the end of your asylum procedure or if you are a citizen of one of the safe countries of origin (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ghana, Kosovo, Macedonia, Senegal, Serbia) and your previous asylum application was rejected as manifestly unfounded. Even if you file a renewed application for asylum after re-entering Germany, you can still be deported. It is therefore necessary to file an application for provisional legal protection at the administrative court through a lawyer in parallel with the follow-up application for asylum in order to obtain protection against deportation during the follow-up asylum procedure.
