I have Slovenia fingerprint and first applied for asylum seeker in Netherlands. Now my application is rejected due to Dublin lll. Can I apply in Germany for second time and try to convince German authorities to accept my request because of my child mental disorder by medical evidence which was ignored in Netherlands instead of deporting to Slovenia? Thanks a milion time.

Hello @blackbox

Welcome to our community and thank you for your question.

I don't think that your plan of applying for asylum in Germany is going to work. German authorities will do the same thing as the Netherlands. They will check back with the European database where they collect fingerprints of migrants and asylum seekers. And they will also find out that you got registered in Slovenia. Therefore, you will be send back there.

That doesn't mean that your asylum application got rejected - it just means that neither the Netherlands nor Germany are responsible for your case. You will be given the chance to tell Slovenian authorities about the reasons of your flight and the condition of your child.

Best regards,
