Is there an easy way to get Ehefähigkeitszeugnis?

Hello to all i have one question and need help from experts,my fiance is german and i am pakistani national ,i want to marry with her in italy ,i go to registarar office in italy they give me details which documents we both need for marraige ,i have all and now problem for my fiance when she call and write to german embassy for NULL OSTA in german laungage, Ehefahigkeitszeugnis ,They say you must contact to your local office in germany and when she go in local registraion office in germany ,they ask 320 euro and say they need all my documents which i give to my embassyy to  null osta and say they will send these documents to pakistan and get verification and then she get Ehefahigkeitszeugnis and for this they need 3 to 6 month,pls any way she get easy Ehefahigkeitszeugnis ,its long time because my documents have only 6 month valid ,how she can get Ehefahigkeitszeugnis so fast ,

Did I understsand that correctly, that your fiancé needs your documents as well in order to apply for Ehefähigkeitszeugnis? If so, I think there is not much you can do at the moment. The problem is that German authorities rely on Pakistani lawyers in order to verify your documents. So they have to send them there and they only have limited ressources on-site. That's why this procedure takes such a long time.

The German embassies also usually ask you to not inquire about the progress of your case since that won't speed it up anyway. As far as I can see, the only option right now is to be patient and to wait for your documents to return.
