Hello @Family - nice to hear from you again!

We had a similar question here on the community in the past. Please check out the answers provided in this thread:

To give you a quick summary: In general, having a job doesn't influence your legal status because your asylum procedure and your work are not linked directly. But it might help you in the long run, for example when you want to apply for a permanent residence permit.

Feel free to ask further questions if anything remained unclear.

Best regards,

Thanks you for your kindly replying. Am working in Good company full time work, and now they want to give me one year Contract Directly from the company.

My girlfriend also is Pregnant for 4months. And we are planing also to married I pass all my documents to stadtsam almost 4months ago.
But still listen for their Answer but I hear nothing's still.

What is your advise for me at this moments.

Pls your advise is indeed
Hello @Family - have you tried to get in contact with Standesamt in these 4 months? Usually you hand in your documents and if everything is complete you can arrange a wedding date with them. Or did they ask you to provide any other documents (for example a translation of foreign documents)? By the way, keep in mind that you have 6 months to get married after announcing it at Standesamt. If it takes longer than 6 months, then you have to do the so-called “Anmeldung zur Eheschließung” again. Standesamt will then check your documents again. Best regards, Thorgen
Thanks for your kindly replying. I when to stadtsam some one weeks ago they tell me to wait till next month, and they tell me when my documents come from My home country they will send it to Stuttgart landkreis that's one also will take 4weeks
Ok, I see. If your documents are still being in your home country it's not unusual that it takes a while for them to be returned. But as far as I can see you can't speed up the process right now. Especially since they told you that you will hear back from that. German bureaucracy sometimes takes a little longer to process things - just stay patient and everything should work. In case you don't get a response from them after the deadline they set, I would contact them again to ask what's up.
Thanks you for your wonderful messages. The deadline is pass and I when there in stadtsam and I ask them and they tell me to wait till next months. Because they say they send the documemts in my country in October.

Thanks for your wonderful message I really appreciated it.
