Hello @saidh

Welcome to our community!

As far as I can see you have to get in contact with the Bundespolizei (police) and tell them that you want to apply for asylum. They will escort you to a camp inside the transit area. You'll have to wait there for your case to be decided.

Applying for asylum in an airport is a special case. If you have further questions about the procedure, feel free to ask.

thanks for your answer , how long it takes to leave the transit area and cross the border to inside germany ?
The decision on your case must happen within two days. But under some special conditions it can take up to 19 days until you can enter Germany. Check out these information given on the website of Federal Office for Migration and Refugees about the airport procedure: http://www.bamf.de/EN/Fluechtlingsschutz/Sonderverfahren/FlughafenVerfahren/flughafenverfahren-node.html

Be advised.

Special procedures at airport has 2 days to decided to allow you to seek asylum. If they don't view it as Unfounded, you'll be transferred to a processing center. It may still be under special procedures, which means quicker because you came from a safe third country or other reasons to believe your case is weak. If it's a strong case... You will still be under special procedures but It'll processed as a normal case due to complications.
