How to get information about changing an Italian Segiorno into Germany permit to asylum?

I want to ask if or what are the possibilities of changing a Italian asylum permit Segiorno into Germany asylum permit.Example if I have 5 years residency from Italy as asylum, so would  I have access or possibilities to change my asylum from Italy to here in Germany in order to have permission to asylum here. And to  have a residency.
