Hello All,

i hope everyone will be fine. i am from Pakistan and living since one and half year as a refugee in Germany. i had my final interview and its since three months i did not hear any news as all my friends with me done with their interview got refusals.

being as a heart patient having heart surgery in Pakistan and implanted ICD implementable cardiac defibrillator  which is knows as artificial heart. in the beginning i was hospitalized in the hospital and i got many documents and i submitted all my medically documents in the interview, two months ago i was hospitalized for fours days as routine check up of my heart because my heart beats fast and now the doctors advised me another heart surgery .
my question is that should i submitted the documents from hospital or not i am confuse because i have one friend who told me no need to submit it now other wise the BMAF will speed up your asylum case as  i already done interview and now waiting for the  result of my interview.
Beside this i have done Deutsch B1 certificate and orienteering course certificate and i  have not provided in my interview. my question is that should i send my Deutsch certificate to BMAF or not ,

further more as i am working for the last 10th months in one company on full site and i am paying taxes too and now i got life time job contract from my company  i  mean permanent job contract forever , will this job contract will help me in my asylum or not .

looking forward to hear for expert opinion and thanks in Advance
Regards
Khan

Hello Khan,

please remember Marcel's answer on your question 4 months ago: ****://tinyurl.***/ycbvwqsj

What you can do in addition: Try to get a severely handicapped pass.
Your doctor can advise you if this is an option concerning your medical situation.
Severly handicapped are granted special rights in Europe and in Germany.

Hello @Khan

Nice to hear from you again!

Concerning your last question:

In short: having a job or being unemployed has no effect on the asylum process. Please check the following link for further information:
