Hello @sami_89

Welcome to our Community!

In general: You need to be in Germany in person in order to apply for asylum. It is not possible to apply for it outside of Germany.

Concerning your universitary degree: There is a possibility to come to Germany as a skilled employee, but the requirements are quite strict (e.g. you need to have a job offer and your degree needs to be recognized as equivalent to German graduate degrees etc.). See the following link for detailed information about this so called "Blue Card":

****://***.bamf.de/EN/Migration/Arbeiten/BuergerDrittstaat/BlaueKarte/blaue-karte-node.html

And even though you have to file the application before you come to Germany (you can do this in an embacy or a consulate), the final procedure will only take place in Germany when you are here.

Feel free to ask further questions if anything remained unclear.

I really do not know how to thank you for this clarity and profiteering
But did you know individuals or institutions providing financial support for travel to Germany or financial aid to fight poverty?
Hello @sami_89 - I'm glad that my answer was helpful to you.
There are legal ways to migrate to Germany, but the problem is that there are a lot of requirements that you need to fulfil. I gave an example for one of these in my answer above.
That is the reason why basically the only way to come to Germany as a refugee is to do it "illegally". Meaning: you cross the border without a visa and apply for asylum as soon as you arrive. I also highly doubt that there is organizations that offer financial support for refugees to finance their travel though.
