Dear @TrueBoY,
Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.
In the EU (plus countries like Switzerland and also Norway) the so-called Dublin III Regulation determines in which your asylum procedure must be processed. In principle, the state which you have first entered when you arrived in the EU or the one which has issued you an entry visa is responsible for your asylum application. I am not an lawyer or an expert on the Dublin Regulation, but I assume that is possible that in your case another country than Germany is supposed to assess your asylum case. We discussed similar questions here and also here before. For more details on the Dublin procedure, you can also check Handbook Germany. In general, I highly recommend you to get some individual counselling by a lawyer or a refugee counselling office (like the so-called "Asylverfahrensberatung"/asylum procedure counselling). The latter offer free of charge and confidential support.
I hope this helps and don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.
All the best,
Meike
