1mal Übertrag Niederlassungserlaubnis/Dauernaufenthaltkarte

Question

The foreigners office has provided me an appointment for issuance of a permanent residence permit on 27th of may and has asked me to bring a service charge of 67 euro. If I am not wrong ,then it cost more than the required amount stated. Did I understand wrong? Or am I stupid? Will he be issuing me a permanent residence permit or my old Aufenthaltstitel or residence permit will be sticked to my passport? He has asked me to bring old and new passport, 67 euro , pass photo.

Dear Sidra,

I don't think I have fully understood whether you have already been granted a  permanent settlement permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis) or have now applied for it for the first time. I did some research: EUR 67 is the usual amount for transferring a residence permit or permanent settlement permit to a new passport. The actual issuance is usually more expensive, if I understand correctly.
Is your title above ‘1-time transfer of settlement permit/permanent residence card’ the title of the invitation from the immigration office? This would indicate that a permanent settlement permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis) that has already been issued is merely being transferred and that the aim here is not to obtain a new title. Perhaps you would like to come back to us for clarification.

I spoke to the foreigners office and he mentioned that it was a mistake on his part. I'll be getting  my PR after 4 years. It was an error that I received an email written as one time Niederlassungserlaubnis or permanent residence permit.
