My visa getting expired. want to apply for my wife's spouse visa, Can i apply for her visa using Fictionbescheinigung?

I live in germany on a work visa. My visa is getting expired on 31st march 2025 and I am not getting any appointment for Blu Card/ Visa renewal. I also want to apply for my wife's dependent visa, Can i apply for her visa using Fictionbescheinigung? I have sent multiple emails and visited Auslanderbehorde so many times, but they are saying that the person resposible has left work and they do not have anyone who handles the appointments.

Your wife can apply for a visa as your dependant while you have a Fiktionsbescheinigung. She will not, however, be issued with a visa until you have a new residence permit. A requirement for her to come to Germany as your dependant is that you possess a residence permit and a Fiktionsbescheinigung does not fulfil this requirement.
