Dear @kefayatrezwan,
Welcome at Wefugees and thank you for reaching out to us.
First of all, I am sorry to hear about your difficult situation. Unfortunately, I am not aware of any possibility to apply for asylum in Germany without actually being here. With one exception: The German government had initiated a so-called federal admission programme for Afghanistan. However, for various reasons, it was not possible to take in as many people from Afghanistan and neighbouring countries as originally announced. As far as I know, the programme has almost come to a standstill.
The current focus of the Federal Reception Programme for Afghanistan is on the departure of those who have already been accepted. These people are being supported by the federal government in their departure. But I don't think there is a realistic chance for those people who have not yet been accepted.
I am afraid that the only way to come to Germany regularly is through a visa procedure. For example, to take up employment or to study/vocational training. For an initial overview of the options, I can recommend the website "Make it in Germany".
I'm sorry that I can't give you more optimistic information. If you have any further questions, however, please don't hesitate to get back to us.
All the best,
Meike
