Dear @Mimiola,
Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.
I recommend you to get in touch with a refugee counselling office (the most specialised on these kind of questions would be the so-called "Asylverfahrensberatung"/asylum procedure counselling). You may use this search engine to find a counselling service in your area. If you want to share with us your approximate location, we can also help you with the research.
Some general information: After France's approval to take you back, Germany has six months to return you. If you are not deported within six months, Germany will be responsible for your asylum procedure. Please note: If you are detained in a prison, the deadline is extended to 12 months. And if you prevent deportation to the other country, e.g. by absconding, the deadline is extended to 18 months. You can also be accused of absconding if, for example, you have not been in your accommodation for more than a week and the BAMF becomes aware of this.
I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions or if you need help with finding a counselling office.
All the best,
Meike
