I want my child to grow up in her country and get her full rights as a german national

Am separated with my Abusive German husband (police cases involved) but I was pregnant ran back to my country but I want my child to her have her full rights as a german national. Because of the abuse she came out early hence having medical issues and medical visits and bills which has overwhelmed me. We are still legally married in my country he didn't register the marriage in german. Is there a possible way for me to return and see how I can be helped to acquire that? Please note he threatened that no one would help because I tried having an abortion when I was in germany but unfortunately or fortunately I was above 12 weeks when I got my appointment and it couldn't be done. I only opted for that option because I was already a single mother and I knew how hard it was to raise a children [I had 2) this is a child he wanted and asked for for years but has never even bought anything or help with any medical bill claiming I left him. I only left because he became abusive after I got pregnant and I left to save myself . We met 2019 I had the baby in 2023. Is there anyway I can return for my child because it's very difficult for me now since she's special needs child. Thank you
