*urgent* About obligation to move to another gemeinsamunterkunft

Question

Hi,

I am in a town of Landkreis of a City and I need to move to another town in the same Landkreis in a week like next Thursday.

And I will start a job next week Tuesday in the City far away from the Landkreis. And they told me I have an obligation with no Exception to be where my GU is now in the morning that day. BUT from their email they said I need to Ummeldung with 14days after I move in to a new town.

But I do think if I work in a City far away from next week, is there any exceptions to not be there on that day? Or can I proceed with my Ummeldung online or per Email from the location where i work?  I still need to be registered in the new town for a few reasons .Please let me know

I only have aufenthaltsgestattung

First of all, congratulations to your new job - I hope you will like it! 

From your explanations I can not really tell why they want you to be present that day. I am also not too familiar with these kind of procedures. I doubt that this requirement has anything to do with the re-registration regulations (Ummeldung). I think it would be the best to discuss your issue with whoever told you to be present that day and explain them that you actually have to work.

Where should I be asking? She is threatening that I be there unless I would want to be deregistered and face all the problems

I am really sorry to hear about this. Do you have the chance to contact a social worker/ a counsellor? Maybe they can support you. Unfortunately, I cannot remotely assess what consequences your absence might have. Although this behavior does not seem appropriate to me, it is difficult to give responsible advice here. 

Please don't hesitate to keep us updated and I hope this issue can be resolved.

Even all the social workers if I sent them emails they completely ignore So I had no options but here to contact here

All so the person I'm talking to is the boss of the department so I need to report them to the higher authorities if I need to .. I don't have no options I guess now but here
