My Dublin precedure is finished - Will it have an influence on my asylum application?

Question

Do I have chance of getting asylum in Germany now my Dublin to France is over I also have two big surgeries in Germany
And is when my Dublin finished government approved the surgery because I came with from my country which bamf is aware of it which I sustain while running for my life and my father was killed same day

Patellar tendon rupture and tibial fracture

Or will they reject me because I didn't come to Germany direct

First of all, I am very sorry to hear what you have to go through. Regarding your asylum procedure: As soon as the responsibility has been transferred to the German authoritites, they will examine your asylum application based on your reasons for leaving your country of origin and what would await you (in a worst case scenario) if you would have to return. The former Dublin procedure should not longer play a role. I recommend to get some individual support i.e. for the interview preparation (which is the most important part of the asylum procedure) - for example at a so-called "Asylverfahrensberatung" (asylum procedure counselling) or refugee counselling office (let us know if you need help in finding one).
