I recieved tolerated stay document 25abs3, when I applied for asylum I gave my identification card and my daughters birth certificate this was since 2020. To this day I have not recieved my original documents my daughter is still in the asylum process as she is a minor. How can I go about getting our documents because its hinders alot of other applications I would like to make. Please help. I already spoke to my lawyer and ge said its not garenteed I get it back any time soon and I will have to pay if he makes the application.
