Hallo all, Today I talked with https://***.diakonie-freiburg.de/angebote/flucht-und-migration/fluechtlingsberatung/ and they said that I can make Work visa application from Ausländer Amt because I have qualified with Logistics field in my country, as well as my university also accepted by Germany qualification scheme. So I have some questions about this and in number form

1.If I get job contract and applied it’s is possible to apply work visa?

2.And my passport and personal id handed over to BAMF office,,,Ausländer Amt is not asking this type of documents when we applying to work visa?

 3.Can Asylum seeker with Aufenthaltsgestattung can apply by this way as the Organisation told?

Yes, it is possible if you entered Germany before 29^th of March 2023. In this case, if you find an offer of qualified work, then you can change to a work visa. If you have a degree from a university that is recognised, then you can get a residence permit under paragraph 18b of the immigration law (Aufenthaltsgesetz). You will have to withdraw your asylum claim as part of the application.

The Ausländer Amt can request your documents from BAMF if they are required for a work visa application.
