Thank you so much for this platform, its very helpful. I once came here some time ago, please i need your Guidance. I live with my Husband and two Children. My Husband finished his Ausbildung Dec 2023 and has a fulltime permanent job. I am now in my 3rd Year Ausbildung. We applied for Aufenthalt Titel, the ABH asked for so many supporting documents which we all submitted. Note: Our Asylum cases were closed a long time ago, and we currently have Ausbildungduldung. The question is we don’t know which Aufenthalt Titel we are getting as as we are still waiting for response. Which one will be the best for us as a Family? Do we get to choose or we just accept which ever we are given? Do we need a Lawyer for this?
