Is it true that in near future Beschäftigungsduldung (§ 60d AufenthG) also gets changed and optimized to cover later arrived people?

I have found a file in internet that reads:
1. Beschäftigungsduldung (§ 60d AufenthG):
 Die Beschäftigungsduldung, die eigentlich zum 31. Dezember 2023

Is it true that changes are coming or is it just suggestion of some kind of NGO?

Dear @Andrey_Malk,

thank you for sharing your question with the Wefugees Community.

It is true. The houses of the Parliament of Germany are working on this change and it is in its almost last stage. I hope, this change is made as soon as possible in this law and it soon gets applicable, so that many people can profit from it.

I hope, you have got your answer. I am a MBEON consultant. If you wish to contact me directly, you can see my profile and follow the instructions there.

Best wishes
