Dear @A.M.sher101,
thank you for sharing your question with the Wefugees' Community.
You have unfortunately not written, why the Social Welfare Office (Sozialamt) deregistered you from the accommodation. I assume, they have informed you in a written form about your deregistration from the accommodation. If so, they should have also written the reason for you in this letter. Actually, the Social Welfare Office does not have the authority to stop your asylum application. Either you can stop your asylum application by yourself, if you want; or for example, in case of a very serious crime, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees of Germany may do it, of course, in cooperation with some other relevant German authorities.
I recommend you to refer to an Asylum Counseling Office in you city or region, such as to Flüchtlingsrat, Caritas, Proasyl, etc. so that they can advise you about it, based on your background information and based on the letter you have received from Social Welfare Office.
I hope, you have got your answer. I am a MBEON consultant. If you wish to contact me directly, you can see my profile and follow the instructions there.
Best wishes
Fardeen Noori
