What will happen when my 25b abs 1 s 1 expires?

I got my 25b abs 1 s 1 in 2023. Before that i was tolerated as a regugee as i come from a country of safe origin. I did Ausbildung and finished in 2023, that was when i received my 25b. But now i am not working in the field of my Ausbildung, still working but some other job. What will happen to me after the expiration of my 25b which is 2 years? Is there any way to extend my Aufenthalt? Or will i be subject to deportation after my 25b expires?

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for your question.

We discussed a similar context here before - you may want to check it. As long as you meet the respective requirements for the residence permit according to section 25b, you can apply for an extension (usually for another 2 years). If you are holding the temporary residence permit for a minimum of 5 years, you can apply for a permanent residence permit as well (Niederlassungserlaubnis).

thank you for your answer. I hope it works out as you said. I had also read the requirements for extension of Aufenthalt in that Berlin resident page, but it doesn't say explicitly about 25b abs 1 s 1. There it says basically for 25, 25a and 25b alltogether. It also says interview with Bamf is necessary for the further extension. And i am not sure it also applies for 25b or not, or it is for 25 only (humanitarion ground).
And as i mentioned, i did Ausbildung but didn't continue working on the field of my Ausbildung. I wanted to know if this will be the hinderance for further extension of 25b.

It should not because the 25b is given for good integration not according to your job, they do not care about your profession as long as you have a job, can support yourself and not depend on social welfare
