Dear @olkhjohn,
thank you for sharing your question with the Wefugees Community.
As an asylum seeker and as a recognized refugee, you are not allowed to work outside Germany. If you leave Germany for working purpose and start working in another EU country or another country, you will lose your residence permit in Germany. As a recognized refugee, you only can visit the other EU countries and stay in these countries for less than 3 months but you are not allowed to work in these countries. Similarly, you can visit other countries, except your home country. In addition, as a recognized refugee, if you stay more than six months outside Germany, even if you do not work in that country, you lose your residence permit in Germany.
However, as a recognized refugee, a person can apply for an EU permanent residence permit after 5 years of working in Germany and completing its other requirements. After getting the EU permanent residence permit, he/she can then go to the other EU countries for working. Or, if he/she gets the German citizenship after completing its requirements, in this case as well, he/she will be allowed to go to other countries (including EU countries) for working.
I hope, you have got your answer. I am a MBEON consultant. If you wish to contact me directly, you can see my profile and follow the instructions there.
Best wishes
