Can I remove Wohnsitzauflage if I register and get accepted in a coding school?

Can I change States and remove Wohnsitzauflage if I get accepted in a coding school called 42 school Wolfsburg, it's a full 3 years course with a internship but at the start it's just  18 month of just studying and it's for free, but I would still need to be receiving unemployment benefits because I don't have any other way to support myself, and also there is no school/branch for it in my state so it's justfed for me to move furthermore my uncle and sons of my uncle live in the state that I want to move to so is it possible to change States and study there and still be under job center and receive unemployment benefits?

There are no concrete law for this. The behoerde can decline if they want, it’s completely their discretionary decision, unless it’s a registered University. But, don’t give up. Apply and try. You never know.
