Ausbildungsduldung 3+2 rule und danach?

Question

Considering I hold an Ausbildungasduldung and have been pursuing an Ausbildung for a year, I'm aware of the 3 + 2 rule but there is not somehow sufficient info anywhere. After the initial 3 years, what happens if I complete my Ausbildung? Will I receive an Aufenthaltstitel immediately or after working for an additional 2 years? My language proficiency in German is substantial (B2), not to brag. Also, my passports (British and Pakistani) are with the Ausländerbehörde, since i applied for a status they collected the passports. When can I expect their return? I'm unable to leave the country until then, so when does one normally obtains the Aufenthaltstitel?
+ Mein Arbeitgeber are considering of hiring me after the Ausbildung. (Does it make it faster)

thank you for sharing your question with the Wefugees Community.  

After finishing your Ausbildung, if you find a Job, which matches your qualification, for example, your current employer hires you, you can immediately apply for a residence permit based on section 19d of the Residence Act of Germany at your respective Foreigners Office and you will get it. You will have this residence permit for two years, and you have to work in this field of your Ausbildung for two years.

After the 2 years of work in this field, in which you have done your Ausbildung, you will be free to work in any other fields.

That is why, it is called 3+2 (3 years of Ausbildung and 2 years of working in this field and after that you are free to work in other fields).

Vielen Dank für Ihre schnelle Antwort .
Noch dazu, würde ich dann auch meine Pässe zurück bekommen bzw. Wenn ich ein 2 Jährige Aufenthaltstitel kriege nach dem Ausbildungs.
Und kann ich dann in der regel mit meine Pässe ganz Normal Reisen?

Natürlich werden Sie dann Ihre Pässe zurück bekommen und dann können Sie mit ihrem 2 jährigen Aufenthaltstitel und Ihren Pass/Ihre Pässe ganz normal reisen.
