My fiancee got suddenly in trouble with a new law in her home country Uganda, that gives jail for people having anything sexual with the same gender.
The quickest visa she should get was Canada, do now she flew, connecting in Brussels, to Montreal and applied there.
Could she revoke her application, start traveling back, again connecting in Brüssel, and apply for asylum in Belgium?
It would make things a lot easier, since I'm Norwegian and live in Norway.
Unfortunately I doubt that it is possible to just transfer her case together with her to Norway.
