Hello wefugees
I bought an Apple AirPod max headphone from Saturn a week ago. it was meant to be a gift to my wife, she says it was too big for her and she can’t use it. Today I returned it back to Saturn in excellent condition as it was bought the first day. After the sales men checked it thoroughly and asked me if I used it which I said no.then Called their boss and he also checked it and couldn’t find any sign of usage at all. Then accepted it and made the Paper works and I signed that it’s being returned. I came back home, hours later at around 7:30pm I received a call from them saying the headphone has been activated that I should come take it back else then will make it difficult for me. am I suppose to be afraid or is there any consequences? Should I go and take it back? I have a customer right?
