Im applying for Niederlassungserlaubnis but the ABH is still asking me for integrationskurs and zertifikat Leben in Deutschland. First of all im already 7 years here done my B2 sprachkurs, Annerkant as Gesundheits krankenpflegerin and worked 100% now in elternzeit until end of Sept. I already had Aufenthalt nach 18a but its befristet and i need to apply that niederlassung.Am i not exempted for not taking that course and proceed to give them the other requirements? Bcoz im searching if there are exemption but i cant find solid answer. I dont know if its in Behörde discretion to ask for it. Or should i apply much better for Einbürgerung even tho that new Citizenship law is not yet approved.  And 1 more question about my child. She receive Fiktionbescheinigung 81 Abs 3 satz 1 and not allowed to travel outside Germany. If that expires what type of residency she will get if i apply new one for her? Thanks a lot

You have to provide the Leben in Deutschland certificate. There are exemptions if a person has a German school certificate or an Ausbildung or university studies in a particular area (e.g. politics or law). You will also have to provide the Lebens in Deutschland or a citizenship test (Einbürgerungstest) if you apply for citizenship.

I do not fully understand your question about your child. She has a Fiktionsbescheinigung, which means you have already applied for a particular type of residence permit for her. If it is going to expire and she has still not been issued with a permit, then you request an extension of the Fiktionsbescheingigung.
