asylum seekers before 29.03.2023

Dear Team, Bundestag has recently passed new Immigration law. Inside the content I saw there will be new upcoming rules for asylum seekers who applied before 29.03.2023. I no it is still pending for approval. But if possible please explain me what is going to be new.    I have applied asylum 2019 August 1st and currently doing Ausbildung. Married and no kids. Wife also doing ausbildung. Living without any goverment helps. B1 completed.Currently 3rd year of ausbildung. Because soon completing 4 years in germany willing to apply for 25B. If 25B not possible after completing ausbildung 19D. Hope something new will be soon. fed up with Aufenthalgestatung.

From what I have read, the new law will not for now have an impact on you as you are still doing an Ausbildung. Once you have completed the Ausbildung, it will then apply to you as a qualification and you can apply for it.

I do not follow your remark about 25b after 4 years. It is possible to get paragraph 25b after 4 years if the person has a child. In other cases it is only possible after 6 years.
